Statement of Beliefs
- The Scriptures are verbally inspired by God, and are for our faith and conduct.
- There is one true God consisting of three interrelated persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
- The Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, has always existed and is our only Lord and Savior.
- The human race was created good and upright by God, but fell from innocence by deliberate choice.
- Salvation from human falleness is available through the amnesty provided by the Lord Jesus Christ upon the Cross.
- There are two ordinances of the church: Water Baptism and Holy Communion.
- The
Baptism of the Holy Spirit is a second work of grace, following the
experience of the new birth, and is available to all Christians.
- Sanctification is a process of separation from sin and devotion to God.
- The
Church is the body of Christ on earth and serves the purpose of
exalting God, edifying believers, and evangelizing the world.
- Every
believer is gifted by God, and is called to be involved in the
utilization of individual spiritual gifts for the betterment of God's
collective people, the Church.
- Divine healing is possible through believing prayer, in the name of Jesus.
- There is coming a day of final judgment, both for those who have accepted and those who have rejected Christ.
- All Christ-followers are to look forward to the day when they shall be resurrected, and be with God forever.
